The Shabby Tea Room - Week #197 Sweet Christmas

Something about kraft, white and red that made me want to drop everything and create something for this week's challenge.  I'm working to get this posted before noon EST, so I'll be quick.
I LOVE re-purposing toilet paper rolls!!!!  This project is a gift card holder that goes together really fast.  To help flatten the roll, run it through your diecutting machine.
The embellishments are really just a mish mash of stuff that I have handy.  I used A Muse Studio deer diecut on glitter paper and doily (stained with Picket Fence), May Arts ribbon, Tim Holtz poinsettia die and Crate Paper scraps, craft store misc. feathers and pearl trims.  Twig button is hand made by my brother in law...love him for that!  White Uniball pen used for faux stitching.

Here's the pull out gift card holder pocket that is just a folded strip of double sided paper with a band wrapped around the top of the pocket to hold in place.
Thanks for stopping by!

Merry Hugs!
